I have to reach my milestone of 239lbs. I cannot remember the scale being under 240. But I guess it was at least 16 years ago. I am on track to reach it Monday if I can control myself this weekend. Volleyball team party tomorrow. UFC tomorrow. Family dinner Sunday. I'll be staring down dripping cold beer and delicious chicken wings. Haha. (*nervous laugh)
109.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
