i am bloated. i was constipated last 3 months. Holiday excessive sweets were tempting. i was intensely stressed 2 weeks from relationship. Have returned to spiritual balance. Achieved harmony in relationship. No longer constipated, added fiber to diet. Side effects of monthly bloating shall go down.

This month i am incorporating, intermittent fasting, HiiT cardio, Consistent Wgt Training, Keto-based foods, With Occasional Flexible Dieting to Add Nutritious Favorites like Sushi. (And Other Favorites like Baked Wedges & Ketchup, Homemade ice cream made of Almond Milk, natural protein powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, and etc...)
64.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
