surprising to find out that after not counting calories and just eating when i feel my weight hasn't blown up crazy.. this week I'll just try to push myself to start exercising, get to 48 and keep it that way.
49.5 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
