Good morning FS!
Great week for me - over seven hours at the gym (did I really just say that??) and staying within my target calories/macros have combined for what is a significant loss for me in a week. I also celebrated my 50 pound loss milestone on Wednesday and instead of resting on my laurels, it actually re-invigorated me to work even harder at achieving my weight loss goals!
Which brings me to my next question - should I change my target weight and drop it by the ten pounds I can achieve in the next two months or do I drop it to the weight I was when I graduated high school over thirty years ago? Decisions, decisions... Baby steps or go big or go home? I think I will use HCB as my inspiration and go big, but not forget to acknowledge my significant milestones along the way.
Have a great day and weekend FS!
