PAYS TO CLEAN CHEAT..goooood thursday morning..pays to eat clean an do a reboot every 7 days..well mine was 14..but will be doing it ever 7 now...eating cleaner then i was in the past..was still on sugar an it was slowing me down..thought even though i was eating clean..alittle sugar wouldnt hurt ..my problem was ..was more then alittle sugar..now im sugar/candy free..an its payin off big time..just cant hardly believe how much the scales dropped from yesterday before my clean cheat..wow..what a cloud im on..

did 2 rides yesterday on my trainer..ended up with 18 plus miles..even colder outside right now..18 with wind chill of 6..brrr...glad i have trainer for sure now..only way to ride in winter time..if i didnt have trainer..id be on recumbent bike just wouldnt be as much fun..no virtual reality hook to it..just a screen to look at as you ride..

on the zwift program i use to train with..ive been seeing people running along the roads i ride...they now have a hook up for people that run to use zwift..guessing you have to have a smart treadmill to use zwift an the virtual program..still awesome to watch people running along the roadways..and from all over the world..avatars dressed the way you choose to dress them..and with the flag of your country next to your name or nick...so cool..

plan today..stay in..stay warm..an get on the trainer...get them miles in for the week..try an get more then my average i set ...between eating better an working out...its paying off...il be turning heads for sure when i go to the store ...lol...

well first cup of tea latte is gone...tummy is rumblin..but gonna let it rumble for another 30 minutes before i make it happy ...lol

HAVE A GREAT DAY ...pick an eating plan you can stick with..an dont cheat yourself by cheating on that plan....

What an awesome weigh in !!!! Well done on getting the sugar out of the house. We are freezing here with snow on the ground this morning, too. We even had thunder storms in the night. Nutty weather. Have a great day!

Awesome drop! I checked out videos of Zwift, and I can see why you like it so well. So much more entertaining than just pedaling watching TV. Keep up the good work!
