rollin rollin.

Back pain is still there, but using a back support belt in the workout yesterday helped a lot. We ran 800m at the very end of the workout which sucked because I felt.every.step. It sucks double because I'm a runner and I couldn't get a full form stride going. I can tell though that it'll be temporary.

75lb strict press (easy)
85lb push press (harder)
95lb push jerk (form sucked on this one.. I couldn't get to 105 which was the goal)

Today is a rest day. 1

WOE is on track. Weigh loss seems to have slowed down, but it's mainly because I'm replacing fat with muscle from what I can tell. Always a good thing.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Handling it like a boss. That thing, where fat is shed and weight increases is a head teaser for me. I like to see more muscles and less fat, but that only goes so far. It's still jerking my chain. I can see you have this. Sorry for the pain.

Thanks warren, draglist, meadow and adameve. All I can say about today is AAAAAAAAAA😫😡. I went over on RDI but only to 2080, and yet I KNOW I'm going to gain again. Stress ate a bit today. Just need to work harder tomorrow.
