Yesterday morning, pushups and pullups then 54 min bicycle ride in the rain at 6:17am. So, I slept VERY well last night! didn't take ANYTHING to help sleep. 9:12 hours good sleep! and no pain.
I do wish this would happen a lot more often. can't ride the bike EVERY day! need time (3 days) for the body to recover and build past prior endurance and strength.
68.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
