So, this weigh-in must be a fluke. I didn't really change up my eating habits the past 2 days, so the amount of this weight loss does not make sense, but I'm not disappointed with it. I think I'm only going to log every 2 days now as far as weight is concerned as the daily fluctuations are already starting to kick in. I increased my water intake, but I'm definitely feeling the lack of sleep today.
