Ugh.. stupid scale is playing with my head. It's all water and probably muscle gain from the recent workouts. I'm just SO CLOSE TO GOAL.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

consistency pays off in the end buddy...cant depend on the scales to always tell you the end results
