Ok - yo-yo - we had a "Mardi Gras" party last night and needless to say I did not behave myself - today will be better as I am fasting for Ash Wednesday.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
