Did ANOTHER rest evening yesterday. Just been having trouble working everything in the last couple of days. Wife had yoga again and then we made a lasagna for a work party she has today. My Italian heritage started to come out a little haha. Perfetto!
80.4 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
