Well! Wouldja look at that! It's been an 8 year journey full of literal ups & downs and WOW! I've lost 103 lbs! Thank you all so much for your support!

OK, about 50 lbs. Ready, set, GO!

118.8 kg Lost so far: 46.4 kg. Still to go: 28.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
