Greetings & Salutations! (Sal-you-what?!?)

My name's Jennifer. I live in the beautiful Pacific NW. I love to garden, make fermented food, volunteer, crochet, belly dance, do yoga and am quite crafty! I'm 46 & have twin 25 year old daughters who are some of the most amazing people I know.

I am getting back on track again. At my heaviest I weighed 364. Currently at just over 100 lbs down!

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at the end of 2016. I hope to reverse this & get off Metformin through healthy lifestyle changes. At my last doc's appointment she said we would start weaning me off the Metformin at my next 3 month diabetes check-up IF I continued with what I was doing and my numbers continued their trend! I am super excited for this!

I love & appreciate how supportive our FS community is here and look forward to my continued journey with you all!
