going back down to 113...been through a lot of BS lately with Mama's illness. No more excuses. walking everyday, trying to 6.2 miles minimum and working out 3 times a week.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
