I know I said I wouldn't write. New "low" this morning. Only a mere 2 tenths of a lb lower than on Saturday but still. I still have tomorrow ... I could still have an even lower low. This is where my patience runs thin ... really? 2 tenths of a lb. I'm telling you ... simple math does not always work!!! LOL!!!

Couldn't you just kick that weigh in report to kingdom come? Glad for a new low, whatever it is. Its better than up, right! Simple math in regards to weight loss is crap, it just doesn't work, never has, never will. Don't know why, it sucks. anyway, hope you have a fabulous Friday and a great week-end, as per your journal the other day! Drive careful.

Yes ... I am still smiling. I am trying to readjust my attitude about the dag nabbed weight loss calendar ... isn't it cool I will reach my goal in a mere 17 months???!!! LOL!!! Yes. A loss is a loss and I will indeed take it. Taking the morning off from exercise so I can get to the office and prepare for my meeting. Oh I am so looking forward to the weekend and I could, theoretically, exercise when I get home!!!

ROFL - yeah - I read you. My calendar said I could acheive my goal in 5 months! Really?!?!?!? I've been working on that goal for 3 years. I've been on a platue for a year now. Oh well - I will view it as a positive re-enforcement which I think is the spirit it is offered in. You go Mad! Keep it off - .2 by .2 by .2 - they will add up to a 1lb. :D

Oh My silly sausage! I did some simple math and discovered that since October 7th, you have lost 18.6 pounds! Woot!!! Have you seen your graph since October? It's a beautiful thing indeed. So proud of you!

Can't wait to see what your scale says tomorrow!!! I suspect that it will be amazing!! Glad that you are home and cooking some wonderful chicken...will that top a salad??
