No results yet - exercise is good - eating is NOT.... ran 13 miles yesterday - can really feel the extra
8 pounds I've put back on - stress is my un-doing - one of my kids is making me crazy and I realize afterward that every time there is a confrontation I am heading to the kitchen... have to work on that!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
