Snacked. Again. Good meal food. But Snacked. A lot. Yesterday and today.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

Sounds like you're kicking yourself a little bit. It can be frustrating sometimes, but don't worry, you'll get back on track before you know it. From what I've seen of you, it seems you're way too good at this kind of thing not to! :)

THanks Meadow :) Working on it. Some of it MIGHT be muscle haha. I'm up to 90 in 1 set now on pushups.
