Going on my first "field trip" since high school today for my daughter's school :)

So I found out about the reports section on the app. FREAKING AWESOME. I've set my macro goals and nutrition goals and it gives you updates on progress throughout the day! How have I not found this before??

Anyways, with that in mind... low on carbs and higher on fat yesterday from where I wanted to be. Went over my RDI goal by 300 which isn't bad. Sodium was astronomical and I'm sure I'll hold water / 'extra' weight from Monday's fun... I was on the road longer than expected and kind of binge snack ate when I got back because I didn't eat for 8 hrs after breakfast.

Other than that, I was happy with the actual food ate. Healthy B,L,&D food. I'm pretty pleased with that!

Actual:
Waist Measure: 32.75" on 11/29 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 15.5% on 11/29 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 65 this morning. Took 2 breaks (45 & 55) while holding position.(Goal is 100)
Cardio: None (didn't get to it yesterday with the added travel)
Fasting: Broke fast at 6 am

Cut Plan:
Resistance Training: 70 push-ups tomorrow. **Want to add something else. Something focusing on shoulders more. Need to look into difference forms of pushups. Maybe change types each day.
Fasting: Stick with lean meats and good carbs/veggies today. Working breakfast back in.
Weight: finish cut by end of year.
Exercise: 30 min today

Add dips in December probably.

Doing planks and adding a machine to do cable rows or pulldowns (horizontally) are brutal core workouts. Look for "The New Rules of Lifting Supercharged" for a description of the exercises and workouts.
