Popping on before I rush off to work. I intend to fast today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. I will break my fast Thursday with the Thanksgiving dinner they serve at work. Friday, I am cooking a Thanksgiving dinner for my family and I will eat then, too.

Will decide the weekend when I get there.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Does sound like a good plan. This is such a difficult time of the year with the big meals and holiday parties I think we're all really going to be leaning on each other. Good luck with the fast.
