So excited to report a good weightloss in the 2 months since I got the diabetes diagnosis! Next month I get my a1c checked again!

126.0 kg Lost so far: 39.1 kg. Still to go: 35.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week
