Got caught in the candy trap. I feel like I ate decent food, and then trick-or-treating started :( .

Great taco salad for lunch
Last "meal" and food of substance was 5:30pm. I'm going to try to fast until then today.

I was feeling weak around noon yesterday so I went ahead an ate
Just a HAIR over my calorie goals *sarcasm*

Today is NOVEMBER. Reset and get moving again on Beast Mode. Still planning on 175 by Thanksgiving and that goal is fairly close.
