Once again: Yeah!
Here is the results of a little consistency and some hard discipline. It's not easy, but when I see results like that it just stokes me a lot! I'll try and keep my eating like that until Christmas and I should register a new record low!
I'm very happy with that score and I hope it keeps going down!
