today i started juicing again: I had a green juice for breakfast, a carrot and beetroot juice around 11am....then had a green juice with vegs (cucumber, coriander, fennel, green pepper and lime) for lunch... 2 black coffees and 3 thornton chocs. I ate flesh on Monday and i felt crap afterwards...i'm vegan... why did i take cheese toast or roast beef leftovers????? why do i fall for the traps my husband leaves around to test my will power? why do i have no resistance? well today is a new day and i like how it turned out... i was very tempted to take a herbal life product treatment course but when i read the reviews i said now way Jen! better go natural than drink shakes made of soy and caffeine. So i'm going raw vegan again because i felt so much better when i had shifted to that lifestyle.. i will need to be more firm with my husband shopping....
