I will start logging in every day... it's the only way for me... i need to find the self discipline to do it again. started having one juice a day hopefully will edge my way to going fully raw again.
Started on tread mill yesterday:
Gradient 2, pace 6.5 for 30 mins.... i did 15 mins and will work it up as this is a fast pace for me.... recommended for bone density.
61.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
