I've been filling myself with drinking calories though.. so this look kind of weird, is the lowest in my record since I get to fs..ironically the last few days I kind of stop caring about calories intake ..so there is a thought
47.5 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
