yeah, water weight is a thing.. I'm still amazed how can it happen in one single day, I got cramps and stuff and my period is still not over ..but I'm extremely glad to verify I didn't throw all the effort away :)
49 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thank you warrenwinter, it was not a lost though, was just some weird fluctuation of my weight.. is the very first time I see my body gaining 1kg and losing it next day..I learn water weight affecting it but SOOO WEIRD to see it happening this fast , I thought it was a matter of a week or something. I'll do a bit of daily weighting for this time just to see what's going on, so not to be too happy or too sad about the changes :)
