Monday is my official weigh in day but I have dropped some lbs already so I wanted to document it. I have two shows coming up this weekend so I am hoping this loss will continue considering gig days are great for the steps I get in.

116.3 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
