My daughter got engaged soooo she, my wife, and I are putting forth a group effort to help each other get in shape for the wedding. We have until April to get i done!

117.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg. Still to go: 16.6 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Gaining 2.2 kg a Week

I'm working on an additional 50 lbs before my daughter's Labor Day wedding. Making it a family effort seems like a good strategy.
