Body Fat by Caliper: 19.2% (Broke 20% first time in 10 years woot)
I didn't log food for 2-3 days, but the intermittent fasting is helping me curb hunger. It's almost a challenge to eat too much.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
