Lost weight due to being in hospital with thyroid problems and I my husband passed away 5sep.will resume dieting once I'm ready to.to those who lost this week,congratulations

79.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 19.6 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
