Woke up yesterday tired, sore and not feeling great - literally forced myself to do some ab work and went for a short run - pushed myself to keep going and ended up going 8 miles - longest I have run since November when I hurt my hip. Felt incredible - got loads of work done and all my errands run after - was on a total natural high. Treated myself to some ice cream last night with my son and I still lost a pound - yay.
