ok, I know, I know....i blew it last night with my almond binge, but at least I'm still in keto purple registering mode. I haven't lost nor gained (even though I show back to 157) but I'm just 'hovering' with that 1 pesky pound up/down/up/down. But at least I did not give full into temptation (had chips & beer in the frig) I stayed true to me and my woe. Granted there was only 1 beer and 1 small bag of chips in the frig and I KNEW if I opened those that I would probably head out to buy more or call my local pizza delivery dude to bring something to me, so I resisted! This evening my son & his girlfriend come over so I know we will have to get more food in the house. They eat very healthy (vegetarians) but I don't have the food in the house they eat, so I said we would wait until they came and then go shopping.
