sun is just peakin up thru the clouds gooood hump day everyone...another day another bike ride...my body told my mind it would only get 1 hour workout today an my ride was 1hour an 8 minutes..lol..didnt want to get outta bed..what else is new when your tryin to stick with a plan thats workin for you..5 days of riding...76 miles so far..body says i need a day off...but if its not rainin...plan to ride least an hour each day..so...thats that...

high intensity workouts are payin off in my being able to ride farther ..an being faster in the time it takes..

i write my workout stats on a calendar each day an anytime i want to look back an see my progress for a day..just open calendar an check it out..ive been doing that for past 3 years...seems to work pretty well..

well coffee is ready...was hungry when i went to do workout..im starved now...so breakfast/todays meal is gonna be sooner ...thanks for stoppin by..have a greattttttt one...
