Happy Tuesday:)
Down a pound today. Praise God!!! So surprised and grateful to wake up not feeling hungry. Had not eaten since yesterday lunch (last growl). Really love this empty feeling and waking up in the morning to see what God has done.

Eating regular foods, not diet foods. Watching less TV (too much negativity) and listening more to Weigh Down resources online.


9:30am - 1st growl: 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie, coffee.
1:15pm - 2nd growl: 12oz nfat latte (on-the-go).
2:15am - still physically hungry - 1/2 pita pocket, 1Tb. Nutella, banana.
6:00pm - bites of black olives (5?) while cooking dinner.


Stomache might be down for the count until tomorrow. Doubtful there will be a growl before bedtime. Day is almost done. Excited and battling on.

7:30pm - distinctly heard a growl and was very surprised. Had a cup of butternut squash soup, 1/3 of roasted chicken breast, and some pasta salad. Ate two bites of chicken beyond full. :-P
57.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
