Actually pleased with the little bump compared to typical when I travel (fluids are always an issue...2 hr drive one way and out of my normal routines). This trip was a 2 day affair with training so I didn't get to even sit at my desk much. On the other hand, I double my typical steps when I'm in the office...eh. I'm still training but now remotely. Unfortunately, the cubie she's sitting at doesn't have a working phone yet so emails and TeamViewer are in the works for today. Started my fluids again once I got home about 8pm. By 9 I was in bed. Food was great both days and only did the 1 meal (Beast Mode). Tuesday was fairly easy because by the time I got back to the hotel I still had work to do and I was too tired to go back out LOL. Yesterday didn't even leave the office until 6pm.
Today I am going to have every...single...coffee...that I am due. Tuesday I got literally half a cup and yesterday I managed to get almost 2 cups but not my normal 3. I want my freakin coffee. Looking forward to my eggs and bacon today. Maybe scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and bacon on the side...mmmm. Eat around 330 and then I have my 90 minute massage at 5 - he's got his work cut out for him...Still need to finish unpacking too...oh well. It's still fun to travel at this point. And I basically maintained so that's a plus.
Going for my 2nd coffee now...have a great day friends :)
