I'm fixating my thoughts a lot on food right now and when I'm not busy with something constructive, I seem to be thinking about food and looking up various fitness plans and apps...I have a Fitbit so I'm on there a lot. I'm also on my FitnessPal trying to record data on there. Between the 3 apps, including FS, I seem to find a lot of information. Information is great, but with all the discussions about food, I'm always thinking about how hungry I seem to be. I'm hoping I get my cravings and carb addiction out of my system soon. I've come down about 3.5 lbs in a week so I'm motivated by that, but I sure wish the cravings would stop.
