Too much eating with Christmas parties to attend and having company over. Two more Christmas parties to attend, so I am going to try and behave myself :) by limited the brown cows and choosing smaller portions. Also I am going to keep up my exercise now that I am done work now until after the New Year. I am going to start the New Year with a weigh in with a loss from today, hopefully around the 2 lb. mark!
