Went to lunch at a buffet after the recital yesterday and ate more than normal. Mostly on plan but did have the inside of a small piece of pumpkin pie. The rest of the gain is from salt and things not moving yet. Prime rib, salad with chicken and bacon, zucchini, lots of water with lemon...Little one danced, had a great time and did all the moves. In the evening, I pulled weeds while talking to my Dad for a while. Need to get back out there today for 5-10 minutes at a whack. Seems to get a lot done in a short time when I do. And God knows I waste more than 5-10 minutes at a whack, so....

Today back to work (back? still.) and a more normal schedule with food and drink.

Lastly, thank you guys for being a blessing and a lesson (not all lessons are bad...)
