Don't be shocked by the weight loss...I just weighed myself on a different scale and on an empty stomach. I don't really think I've lost weight, in fact I KNOW I have not lost weight. But I have to admit, it is nice seeing a lower number, even if it's not entirely accurate.


119.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Do be negative Sugar Cat; believe those figures! Like Sarah say with honest effort and determination you will se lower numbers. Dance the night away or what ever makes exercising fun for you. I wish the very best on your weight loss journey.
