Good morning sunshine! My coffee and I greet you for another interesting day. I was hungrier than usual yesterday and ended up eating again late so I'm not surprised at the shift. It hasn't had a chance to work its way through yet. Food was on plan, just a little more than normal.

Today is teeing up to be a full day. I need to train myself to minimize the distractions (doing the fun/easy stuff) and knock this stuff out today. Oooh look! A squirrel! Yeah...

Grocery shopping was completed yesterday so there are lots of options. Looking forward to some tasty healthy food this week.
82.7 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
