Greeting the day with my coffee, a little overcast but not rainy. Looks peaceful out there.

Hoping this day will be JUST busy enough. It's been a long week and I don't feel like I completed everything I set out to do yet. I tried walking a little last night but the toes are pretty torn up from the shoes I wore Wednesday and they weren't having it. I'll baby them a little (read more barefoot time) until they're a little less tender. Hopefully tomorrow won't be tough.

Food yesterday was light but what I wanted and within plan.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
