Ran 4 miles at the park yesterday - stayed good with food all day - stuck to snacking on clementines and knitting last night to keep my hands busy... New week - start again...
Goal to lose 2 pounds this week!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
