Protein shake for breakfast, lettuce wrapped burger for lunch
For dinner it was lots of prawns and a tiny amount of rice. I was full all day without even flinching.

Happy to say my weight is continuously and fluidly going down to exactly where I want it!
76.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
