Slowly starting to drop calories again. I plan on stepping into the new gym on Saturday to basically do a solo powerlifting meet, me vs. the old me. Hoping for an improvement over my old total of 900 lbs.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
