Halfway through my morning coffee, I went to the bathroom, which is yay. Reweighed and was a pound lighter.

It's too early to judge my plan ineffective. It's effective for me moving my diet in the right direction according to my lifestyle and values. My nutrition is improved and I actually crave veg.

117.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 56.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I hope it's my "pipes working normally again" as Christinemeowk says. I did eat lots of bulky food for supper, though. Hard to say. The jury is out until tomorrow morning.
