hummm... water retention? I have been a little water shy since my electrolytes dropped severely on Saturday. Maybe I'm holding on to water. Not sure, but not stressing too much about it yet.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
