Starting of week 2. Down 6.4 for the first week. Food and cravings are under control and I'm staying on track.

It's sunny and beautiful. Getting my coffee to enjoy it and then deciding what to do for today. I want quiet, sun, grass and water to at least look at if not put my feet in. I'll figure out the rest as I go I think.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
