goooood mornin everyone..stickin to not eating candy and seeing results..it is tempting, but not as much as the first day i quit...have a great one..
148.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is not easy I know. Sometimes I fail and then pick myself up and move forward. At our age we can't go back. Forward only. Always!
