Day one... again!!! Took a second job so exercise has taken a back seat. I guess I need to figure out how to do it all since the weight is creeping back on. I need to work out and count calories - goal to lose 10 pounds by end of June. Runners World has a challenge to run at least a mile a day from Memorial Day to July 4th and I am going to do it!! Plus 30 day shred for month of June. And count calories on here. Feeling positive.
