Up again slightly today...swimming day today...though tired already in am...hot weather coming...
84.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Finished the swim...quite a hard workout...I ate 250g of zucchini bread afterwards and was later surprised to learn when I recorded it that it is about 1000 calories!!

Yes. I was horrified to learn some "normal" foods like dumpling are super high calories... Now always checking before eating. Well good luck to you!
